What is the shelf life of your pound cakes?
Like with all perishable things, the sooner you eat them the fresher they will be. Our pound cakes are known to last unrefrigerated 2 weeks, refrigerated 3 weeks, and frozen a few months.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal as payments for your order. If you would like to pay with another method of payment, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Is my information safe when I order with your store?
Absolutely! When you place an order you are taken to a secure https web page that will collect your details. In addition, all customer order details are limited to a select few of our staff which have gone through customer privacy and information protection so they know the proper ways to handle your information. For extra comfort, your credit card information is never stored on our server and we only see the last 6 digits when you place your order. If we need to adjust your order we will contact you to obtain your credit card details again.

Shipping Information
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Military Addresses and a few international countries. If you are outside the United States and would like to order from our online store, please contact us first as there are some countries we do not ship to.
When do you ship?
All orders placed by 930 AM EST will be shipped the same business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. All orders for a free sample are shipped out on Monday of each week for the previous weeks requests.
How will my cake arrive?
All pound cakes ordered are individually wrapped in our special shrink wrap to keep the cake fresh and then put into our Styrofoam packaging to prevent damage during shipment. If you ordered any kind of gift wrapping with your order, all items will be placed into the box to prevent damage and bending.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with our pound cake you can ship it back to us and we will refund your money less the cost of shipping and handling fees within 3 business days. Sorry but we cannot accept refunds for the following reasons: cakes that have been half eaten, wrong shipping address provided, shipping delays due to weather, wrong cake ordered, incorrect gift wrapping chosen,
